Williams, CA – Interstate 5 Freeway Accident Involving Truck

Williams, CA (September 22, 2018) – In Williams, an Interstate 5 Freeway accident took place that took the life of one person and injured several others on Friday morning, September 21 around 6:30 a.m.

Police said that the collision involved a van and a semi-tractor trailer truck. The accident took place near the off-ramp to State Route 20. At the time, the big rig truck was carrying a 53-foot trailer and collided with a vehicle that was carrying at least three people.

Paramedics quickly responded to the scene to help those who were injured. The person who died was inside the van at the time.
