There are many questions that are not answered yet, such as what the driver was doing when they lost control of their vehicle. Police will take a closer look to determine what type of negligence was at play? Were any of those involved driving under the influence? Did one of the vehicle drivers take their eyes off the road for a second? Was speeding at play? From there, they will be able to determine fault so that all parties can move on.
