Watsonville, CA – Four Injured In Two Vehicle Crash On Highway 1
Watsonville, CA (August 14, 2018) – A collision between two vehicles on Tuesday left four people hospitalized. The crash took place around 6:23 am in the southbound lanes of Highway 1, near Jensen Road. Police responded to a call for assistance. Upon arrival, two vehicles were located blocking the roadway. The vehicles had just been involved in a collision with one another. Details of how the collision took place are not clear at this time.
A total of four people were are being treated at a local hospital for injuries suffered due to the crash. Fortunately, the injuries are not considered life-threatening. Neither vehicle was drivable and both were towed away from the scene.
The California Highway Patrol is in charge of the crash investigation. As of Tuesday evening, CHP has released no further details on this accident.
