Wasco, CA – ATV Collision at Pond & Rowlee Rds Sends Victim to Hospital
Wasco, CA (August 13, 2023) – An off-terrain vehicle crash near Wasco has sent one person to the hospital, reported the Kern County Fire Department on Saturday afternoon, August 12.
The incident was reported about 4:40 p.m. on Saturday, roughly two miles northwest of the intersection of Pond Road and Rowlee Road, said Battalion Chief Marcus Rodriguez. It was determined that the incident involved an off-road vehicle.
Chief Rodriguez added a helicopter was requested to remove the victim, and the person was sent to the Trauma Center at Kern Medical. The victim’s present condition is unknown, however.
