Ventura, CA: Single-Vehicle Semi-Truck Rollover Crash on Highway 101
Ventura, California (February 23, 2018): Authorities are conducting an investigation into a semi-truck rollover crash on Highway 101 in Ventura, CA on Tuesday morning, February 20, 2018. None of the individuals involved have been identified and information about the incident is limited while the collision remains under investigation.
The accident occurred around 9:30 a.m. when the semi-trail tipped over onto the driver’s side in the northbound lanes of Highway 101, near Highway 126 in Ventura County. Two occupants were forced to extricate themselves from the vehicle and remained on the scene until paramedics arrived. They both reportedly sustained minor injuries, but no additional details have been provided. The highway was closed for the entire day, until about 4:30 p.m., to allow officials to investigate the scene and clear the area.
