Valley Springs Pedestrian Accident
Under California law, drivers on our roadways are constantly supposed to be watching out for the safety of pedestrians and reducing their speed when they are in areas that pedestrians frequent. Because of this, when a pedestrian accident occurs, the police will jump into action to investigate the scene so that liability can be determined.
If your child has been injured in an accident due to what you believe is the negligence of another driver, you have options. Since your child can’t file an injury claim on their own, you will have to bring one on their behalf. Perhaps there were many medical bills following the accident or your child has been suffering on an emotional level. Because of this, your child might be entitled to a variety of damages that are designed to help them through this difficult time.
