Vallejo, CA – Injuries Sustained in Motorcycle Collision on Interstate 80
Vallejo, California (October 30, 2018) – Authorities are investigating a motorcycle collision that happened Tuesday morning on a freeway in Vallejo. According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck transpired at approximately 5:31 am on the westbound 80 Freeway, just west of Interstate 780. There is no detailed information identifying the people who were involved in this accident.
The initial police report indicates, a gray Jeep and an unidentified motorcycle were traveling westbound on Interstate 80, when for indeterminate reasons they collided into one another. First responders were dispatched to the scene and injured victims were able to seek aid from paramedics. Emergency crews removed wreckage from the roadway following the collision. The manner in which the collision occurred was not immediately established. The physical condition of the injured victims has not been released.
According to authorities, this crash remains under investigation.
