Fatal Car Accidents in Southern California
We extend our sympathies and deepest condolences to those who lost loved ones in this violent crash.
Fatal car accidents come at a huge emotional cost for the surviving family members. A car accident happens suddenly and unexpectedly and the victim’s family has no time to seek closure or understanding as to why such an event could occur. The days and weeks after a fatal crash are a blur as families struggle to adjust following such a tragic event.
During this time, the family must make many important decisions. One of those decisions can be whether to pursue legal action against the individual responsible for the death. In California, a surviving family member can bring a claim for wrongful death against a person whose negligence caused the death to occur.
