Motorcycle Accidents in Tustin
Motorcycle riders enjoy independence out on the road that can’t be found with any other motor vehicle. That independence, however, could potentially come at a very high cost. Bikers have a duty of care to ride carefully and safely, but only the rider behaving cautiously is not enough to keep from being hit by an aggressive, inattentive, or neglectful driver. Motorcycle accidents are terrible and usually end in disaster.
When a motorcycle is in a car accident with a bigger passenger vehicle or a truck, the rider will typically be the victim to suffer the most. A lot of motorists just don’t look out for motorcyclists the way they are supposed to, and motorcycles do not have the same safety features as most other vehicles. These types of accidents result in injuries that are usually catastrophic in nature and could even result in the loss of life.
