Sylmar, CA – Man Killed in Train Accident on San Fernando Rd

Los Angeles, CA (September 7, 2023) – Late on Thursday, a man was killed when he was hit by a train in Sylmar.

Shortly before 10:30 p.m. in the 12800 block of North San Fernando Road at Bledsoe, the Los Angeles Fire Department and police officers responded to a report of a traffic accident.

Los Angeles Fire Department officials assessed the pedestrian’s condition and declared him dead at the site.

The LAPD is now looking into the collision’s cause.
