Bicycle Injury Accidents in California
Bicycle accidents can be some of the most injurious due to the exposed and unprotected situation the cyclist is in. This is especially true when involved in a collision with a car that weighs several tons and is traveling at a much higher rate of speed than any bicycle. Laws regarding bicycles use on public roadways vary from city to city and from town to town but one thing that they all seem to have in common is that bicyclists have just as much right to the roadways as any other vehicle. Careless disregard for the safety of another human being just because they are on a bicycle and you are in a car is never okay.
