South Los Angeles, CA – Fatal Hit-and-Run on W. 95th St
South Los Angeles, CA (September 24, 2019) – According to officers from the California Highway Patrol, one person has been killed and another injured following a hit-and-run accident involving a pedestrian. The deadly incident took place on Tuesday, September 24th in the neighborhood of Westmont.
The accident occurred a little before 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of Normandie Avenue and W. 95th Street.
CHP officers said that the driver fled the scene after hitting with two pedestrians.
One of the victims died at the scene. The other was transported to a nearby medical facility with undeclared injuries.
The fatal collision is still under investigation at this time.
