Southern California Motorcycle Accidents
Our thoughts are with the family of the deceased motorcyclist in this South Lake Tahoe crash.
Motorcycle collisions can have severe and catastrophic consequences. A motorcycle rider is naturally at a higher risk of serious injury following a crash. The motorcycle offers far less protection than a car. The motorcyclist often bears the full force of impact in a crash.
In addition, there is a stigma associated with motorcyclists involved in crashes. People will often assume that a motorcyclist must be at fault for the collision. Insurance adjusters may also try to take this same approach when investigating a claim involving a motorcycle wreck.
