Shasta County, CA: School Bus Crashes Into Vehicle in Redding
Shasta County, California (February 22, 2018): Authorities have opened an investigation into a two-vehicle crash involving a school bus at an intersection in Redding yesterday morning, Wednesday, February 21, 2018. Only limited information about the collision has been released while the investigation remains open.
The crash is believed to have occurred just before 8:00 a.m., when a school bus carrying eight students from Excel Academy rear-ended a passenger vehicle stopped at the traffic signal at the intersection of Victor Avenue and Harnell Avenue in Redding, CA. Authorities have not yet determined the precise cause of the rear-end accident.
