Santa Maria, CA – 4 Injured in Miller St Crash
Santa Maria, CA (November 16, 2019) – Several people have been hospitalized following a car accident at the intersection of Battles Road and Miller Street on Friday, November 15th.
According to a local news source, the accident was set into motion when a driver traveling southbound on Miller Street blew through a red light.
The driver then crashed into a car that was driving eastbound along Battles Road. Upon impact, both cars spun out of control, causing them to collide with two additional cars that were stopped at a red light at that same intersection.
Paramedics and firefighters were both present at the scene.
Four people who were involved in the wreck sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate. Paramedics transported all four victims to Marian Regional Medical Center for treatment.
