Santa Barbara, CA – Head-On Collision on Hwy 154
Santa Barbara, CA (January 05, 2019) – Three people sustained various degrees of injury, following a car accident on Highway 154 in Santa Ynez Valley on Sunday, January 5th.
According to a local news source, the crash occurred at about 12:00 a.m. near Lake Cachuma.
Police reports indicate that a blue Nissan Sentra was heading eastbound along Highway 154, also known as San Marcos Pass Road, when it veered across the center line and collided head-first with an oncoming car.
Fire department officials from Santa Barbara County, as well as paramedics, were dispatched to the crash site where they worked to extricate the driver of the Nissan.
