Tractor-Trailer Accidents in Santa Barbara
Following an accident involving a tractor-trailer, an insurance adjuster from the truck driver’s insurance company will probably get in touch with you. We recommend that you never talk to a claims adjuster unless you have previously consulted with an attorney. The adjuster may seem friendly at first, but it is imperative to keep in mind that his intent is to get you to agree to the smallest settlement possible. The adjuster will also make every effort to get you to say things that will damage your claim.
