Santa Ana, CA – Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Wreck on Bristol St at St Andrew Pl
Santa Ana, CA (August 7, 2023) – Both southbound lanes of Bristol Street were blocked due to a multi-car accident that occurred on Monday evening, August 7.
The incident occurred between St. Andrew Place and St. Gertrude Place, according to officers with the Santa Ana Police Department.
One of the drivers involved hit an Edison power pole as a result of the wreck, causing the traffic lights at the intersection of Bristol and St. Andrew to malfunction.
Authorities requested assistance from local EMTs, who arrived at the site shortly thereafter and assessed the victims for injuries. However, details about the victims and the extent of their injuries are still unknown.
The investigation is ongoing and is being handled by the SAPD.
