San Mateo Bicycle Accident
In California, thousands of bicycle accidents take place every year involving motor vehicles. These accidents can easily become very serious and even deadly in nature. You have the right to compensation if you are somebody who was injured or lost someone close to you in an accident.
We wish to extend our sincerest condolences to the friends and family of Joy Covey during this difficult time of grief. We were extremely saddened to hear about this news.
Bicycle accidents are on the rise in California. If you have lost somebody in one of these serious accidents and you believe that another party is responsible for it, you have many rights under California personal injury law. California law expects drivers to share the roadways in a safe manner and follow certain rules on our roadways. Because some drivers do not abide by these rules and are not acting in a prudent and safe manner, serious accidents result. These include drivers failing to give cyclists the right-of-way, speeding in areas where bicyclists tend to ride, and more.
