San Jose, CA – Highway 101 Motorcycle Accident Causes Injuries
San Jose, CA (August 27, 2018) – A Highway 101 motorcycle accident took place in San Jose near Highway 880, according to police. The motorcycle collided with a vehicle on Sunday.
Police said that they responded to the accident around 7:20 p.m. on southbound Highway 101 last evening. A white Toyota Camry drove cross the lanes of the highway and collided with the motorcycle. Following the collision, the two riders on the motorcycle were thrown into the roadway.
The female rider sustained a compound fracture in her leg. The male rider had unspecified injuries and was also taken to the hospital for treatment.
Towing services took the vehicle and motorcycle from the accident scene. The crash is under investigation at this time.
