San Francisco, CA – Fatal Motorcycle Accident in Chinatown
San Francisco, California (November 5, 2018) – A motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a vehicle Monday morning in San Francisco’s Chinatown neighborhood. Officials confirmed, the accident transpired at approximately 5:57 am between Broadway and Stockton Street.
According to local authorities, a motorcyclist was reportedly in the area of Broadway and Stockton Street, when for reasons that are still being investigated, the rider crashed into an oncoming motorist. Sometime later, an ambulance was dispatched to the crash site and paramedics transported the unidentified motorcyclist to a local hospital to treat severe injuries sustained in the accident. Sadly the rider was pronounced dead at the hospital. Authorities did not release the name of the deceased victim pending notification of family members. The driver of the vehicle reportedly stopped and cooperated with the authorities.
The fatal accident is under an active investigation by the authorities.
