Bicycle Accidents in San Francisco
Every bicycle injury accident case is unique. This means there is no way of assigning a specific dollar amount to your case without reviewing the details of your circumstances first.
Irresponsible drivers are able to be held liable for all of the injuries, losses and damages they inflict. This allows injured riders to obtain financial reimbursement for their physical injuries, economic losses, and emotional trauma as well. A strong claim will cover compensation for, among other things, lost income, medical bills, and pain and suffering.
Some bicycle accidents, however, are not the result of reckless driving but arise from the cyclist’s irresponsibility. Bicyclists are beholden to most of the same rules as motorists.
