San Diego, CA – DUI Head-on Collision Seriously Injures Three
San Diego, CA (September 10, 2018) – Three people were hospitalized with various serious injuries following a DUI head-on collision on Garnet Avenue. The accident took place on September 9 around 2:30 p.m.
Police arrived at the scene to find that a white sedan and a black sedan collided head-on in a Pacific Beach neighborhood. The black car proceeded to catch fire proceeding the crash.
Fire Department officials were immediately called into the scene, which is where they attended to at least three people with injuries. They were all quickly transported to the hospital but all of them are expected to recover.
Police believe that the party who caused the accident was under the influence at the time, and the investigation continues at this time.
