Pedestrian Accidents in San Diego
Walking is a fantastic form of exercise. It benefits our environment and it is an excellent way to enjoy the various sights that California has to offer, as well as the beautiful weather. According to the Governor’s Highway Safety Association, however, almost 700 pedestrians lost their lives due to vehicle-related accidents in just 2016 alone.
Sadly, this means that in spite of all of the advantages that come with walking, pedestrians are at high risk for sustaining serious injuries if they are involved in a vehicle-related accident.
If you or someone you love has been injured or killed in a pedestrian-involved accident then you may have a right to financial compensation to cover any damages such as hospital bills, lost wages due to time away from work, pain, suffering, and even wrongful death in certain instances.
