San Diego, CA – Police Chase Leads to Car Crash, 1 Injured
San Diego, CA (November 13, 2018) – According to San Diego police a driver attempting to flee from the authorities injured at least one person when he struck two cars on Interstate 5 Tuesday night.
The driver, who was traveling east on Interstate 8 failed to yield to police when they attempted to pull over the darkly colored Bronco for driving without any lights on. The suspect turned south onto Interstate 5 and subsequently made a single U-turn near Rosecrans Street and Nimitz Boulevard where he struck the first vehicle. As the suspect continued east he eventually collided with his second vehicle of the evening.
The accident did result in unspecified injuries to at least one person. The police were eventually able to apprehend the man in the Bronco. No further details are available at this time.
