San Diego, CA – Four Injured In Carmel Mountain Accident
San Diego, CA (November 16, 2018) – A Thursday night collision in Carmel Mountain, San Diego saw four people injured in a two-car traffic accident that took place at about 7:30 that evening.
According to police reports, the driver of a Hyundai SUV failed to stop for a red light at the intersection of Highland Ranch Road and Ted Williams Parkway. The SUV was headed west when it charged the light, causing it to ram into a Toyota that was making a left turn onto Highland Ranch Road at a clearly marked green arrow light.
One of the passengers in the SUV suffered from cuts and bruises while another suffered from serious internal injuries. The third passenger was unharmed and there has been no word on the condition of the driver as of yet. The driver of the Toyota was reported to be in a fair amount of pain and his passenger is now suffering from a broken arm.
At this time the names of those involved in the accident have not been released and no updates have been given on the condition of the injured parties.
