San Diego, CA – Child Pinned, Injured By Driver on Arjons Dr
San Diego, CA (August 18, 2023) – Authorities in Miramar said an 8-year-old child was hurt when he was pinned between a vehicle and a wall on Wednesday.
A 42-year-old woman was reportedly trying to move her vehicle, a silver Honda Civic, near the 7900 block of Arjons Drive at around 7:30 p.m. when she struck the child. The boy was allegedly pinned between the woman’s car and the wall after she put her sedan in reverse.
The victim suffered a broken femur and cuts and scrapes, and EMTs transferred him to a local hospital, according to officers with the San Diego Police Department.
The Traffic Division of the San Diego Police Department is looking into details surrounding the crash at this time.
