San Bernardino County, CA: Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash in Ontario
San Bernardino County, California (February 27, 2018): The Ontario Police Department is conducting an investigation into a fatal single-vehicle crash on Baker Avenue early Friday morning, February 9, 2018. Information about the collision is limited while the incident remains under investigation.
The crash is reported to have occurred just after 6:30 a.m. near the intersection of Baker Avenue and East Philadelphia Street in Ontario, CA. The driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, a Mercedez Benz, skidding off the road into a flood control channel. A passenger in the vehicle, 75-year-old Natividad Jacobs, was reportedly pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.
