Salinas, CA – Pedestrian Accident on Abbot Street Ends in Fatality
Salinas, CA (August 23, 2018) – Salinas, CA – A pedestrian accident took place on Abbot Street in Salinas on Tuesday that led to fatal injuries. The 58-year-old man was struck around 2:30 p.m., according to police.
A man was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer at a loading dock at a Taylor Farms facility building in Salinas. The name of the man who lost his name has not yet been released, as family is being notified at this time.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash to determine why the tractor-trailer struck the pedestrian.
