Sacramento Car Accident
Rear-end accidents are one of those types of accidents where liability is sometimes clearer than others. Though it is not true that a rear-end accident is always the fault of the vehicle in the back, many of these accidents do fall onto that driver because they are the one who is most often driving distracted or following another vehicle too closely.
Police are continuing to investigate the accident at this time but will soon determine who is responsible for the accident so that all parties can move forward. If you believe that another party has acted in a negligent way and this is why you have been injured, you have many options for compensation. Many people, following an accident, will move forward with a claim for damages like lost wages, medical bills, emotional distress, and more.
At the Los Angeles Injury Group, we understand that many people will suffer following a serious accident, which is why we want to stand by your side and help you receive the compensation you deserve. Call us for more information on how we can help at 310-954-7248.
