Sacramento, CA – Alejandro Nuno Identified as Victim of Motorcycle Crash on Interstate 80
Sacramento, California (November 5, 2018) – According to officials, 47-year-old Alejandro Nuno, of Citrus Heights has been identified as the person killed in a motorcycle accident early Friday morning. The fatal collision transpired at approximately 12:30 am on Friday, November 2nd on Interstate 80, just east of Longview Drive.
As per the initial report, two motorcycle riders collided while traveling on Interstate 80. Paramedics rushed to the scene of the accident and attempted to revive Alejandro Nuno, one of the motorcyclists, but sadly one rider was pronounced dead at the crash site. The other unidentified motorcyclist was immediately transported to a hospital with injuries ranging from moderate to severe. The circumstances under which the collision occurred were not yet established as at the time of the initial log. All of I-80 east was shut down as California Highway Patrol concluded their investigation into the accident.
Police will conduct a full investigation to determine the probable cause.
