Riverside County, CA: Motorcyclist Killed in Fatal Vehicle Collision
Riverside County, California (March 5, 2018): A local Riverside County resident, 50-year-old John Devlin, of Palm Desert, CA, was tragically killed in a motorcycle crash on Highway 74 yesterday afternoon, March 4, 2018. The California Highway Patrol has opened an active investigation into the crash and information is limited while the investigation remains ongoing.
The incident was reported to authorities just before 3:00 p.m. and emergency crews were swiftly dispatched to the accident location on Highway 74 near Mile Marker 89. Devlin’s motorcycle reportedly collided with a gold Toyota Prius on the highway but no details about how the accident happened have been made available. Devlin was reportedly pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries have been reported at this time.
