Riverside County, CA: Fatal Motorcycle Crash on 10 Freeway in Banning
Riverside County, California (March 2, 2018): A motorcyclist was killed in a tragic motor vehicle collision with a Ford pickup truck in Banning, CA late Tuesday night, February 27, 2018. While the manner in which the accident unfolded is unknown, the crash was reported to authorities just after 11:30 p.m. and emergency response crews comprised of paramedics and firefighters from Cal Fire and Riverside County were swiftly dispatched to the collision site in the eastbound lanes of 10 Freeway, near Malki Road. The motorcyclist was transported to a nearby hospital via ground ambulance, but medical officials were unable to resuscitate the victim. The driver of the Ford pickup has not reported any injuries resulting from the collision and it does not appear that any other individuals were involved in the crash.
