Pomona, CA – Man Killed in Fatal DUI Accident on Interstate 10
Pomona, CA (February 19, 2019) – Police reported that a 35-year-old man lost his life in a fatal DUI accident that took place on the Interstate 10 Freeway early this morning.
The 35-year-old man, whose name has not yet been released, was killed when he was riding in a motor vehicle that collided with a big rig truck on the Interstate. The driver of the vehicle that the 35-year-old was a passenger in was identified as 26-year-old Nathan Anaya.
Anaya was allegedly arrested on DUI charges after police discovered him intoxicated at the scene of the accident. Anaya received minor injuries and was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
At this time, police continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
