Los Angeles Injury Accidents
We hope that the driver of the second vehicle has a quick recovery from their injuries. Being hurt in a car accident is scary and frustrating. This is especially true when the accident was not your fault. When you are a victim of someone else’s negligence, it is easy to wonder why you were involved in the crash.
In the aftermath of a car accident, you may have many questions about where to turn next. The insurance company wants you to settle your claim quickly for pennies on the dollar. Their adjuster will contact you and offer you an “attractive” settlement to resolve your claims. However, the insurance company’s initial proposal is usually inadequate for a number of reasons. The settlement may not take into account future medical bills or it may not be large enough to account for your pain and suffering or lost wages caused by the crash.
At the Los Angeles Injury Group, our attorneys know how to negotiate with the insurance company to maximize the value of your claim. You should never attempt a California personal injury case yourself.
