Pasadena, CA – Truck Rollover Crash Kills Driver on 210 Freeway
Pasadena, CA (September 12, 2018) – In Pasadena on Tuesday, September 11, a truck rollover crash took place on the 210 Freeway that led to the loss of life in one person, the driver of the truck. The accident was reported around 6:30 p.m. that evening in the area of Lake Avenue.
The California Highway Patrol stated that a tractor-trailer was headed on the roadway traveling around 60 mph when it suddenly struck a GMC truck in the westbound lanes of the 210 Freeway.
The semi-truck rolled over following the accident, which caused the driver to become trapped inside. The paramedics came to the scene and when they discovered the operator of the big rig, they pronounced him dead at the scene.
The accident continues to be investigated at this time.
