These accidents can be extremely devastating, bringing serious results for those involved and completely changing the lives of the family members involved. If you have lost someone in a pedestrian accident, you might have questions for us. Unfortunately, liability almost always seems to stem from the negligent actions of another driver on our roadways. Sometimes, drivers tend to forget that pedestrians share our roadways and they fail to slow down in certain areas like at parks and crosswalks, or they take their eyes off the road for one second too long.
You have rights if you are the family of a loved one who lost their life in a serious pedestrian accident. Loved ones might be able to move forward with a wrongful death claim, which can be extremely helpful when you are attempting to receive compensation for the losses of your loved one.
