Car Accidents in California
Auto accidents are the most frequent cause of personal injury in the country. Each year, approximately two million victims sustain injuries as a result of car accidents. More than 200,000 of those annual victims are in the state of California. Car crash injuries could potentially cost victims tens of thousands of dollars in car repair bills, medical bills, and lost income.
The driver who was deemed at-fault for the accident is responsible to the other drivers and/or passengers for losses they have suffered. Fault in a California car accident is determined by which driver is found to be accountable for causing the accident. Even in cases where both drivers are found at fault, an injured victim might still be able to claim damages from the other driver.
