Orland, CA – Semi Truck Collides Head-On With Pickup Truck

Orland, CA (August 16 2018) – A major collision took place in Orland on Thursday. The crash involved a semi truck and a pickup truck. The crash happened on County Road 25, near Interstate 5 and was head-on. Fuel leaked on the roadway following the crash.

The pickup truck driver was seriously hurt in the crash. According to California Highway Patrol, the driver was transported to a hospital with severe injuries. There is no further update on his condition at this time.

Several witnesses were on scene at the time of the wreck. CHP officers spoke with the witnesses in an effort to determine how the crash took place.

The accident investigation remains ongoing and there is no further information at this time.
