North Stockton, CA – Two People Receive Injuries in Pedestrian Accident
North Stockton, CA (January 4, 2019) – Police say that two people were injured in a pedestrian accident that took place on January 1 on the Grand Canal Boulevard.
An investigation into the accident revealed that a man and a woman, believed to be a couple, were suddenly hit by a vehicle that was traveling on Grand Canal at the time. The two parties received a variety of injuries due to the accident. Paramedics transported both the man and woman to the hospital for treatment.
Authorities found that, during their investigation, there had been a fight at a bar at the time of the accident. Police are investigating whether or not the fight and the collision were related.
