North Highlands, CA – One Person Injured in Bicycle Hit-and-Run Crash
North Highlands, CA (October 9, 2018) – On October 8 in North Highlands, a bicycle hit-and-run crash took place in the area of James Way and Skvarla Avenue. The accident happened around 3:29 a.m.
A vehicle that has not yet been identified drove through the area and ran into the bicyclist. One land ambulance rushed to the scene and attended to the rider of the bicycle. The bicyclist was injured but we are unaware of their condition at this time.
Officials said that the motorist continued driving onward after the accident. At this time, there is no description of the driver but the police are still searching for them.
