Pedestrian Accidents in North Highlands
Car accidents that include pedestrians are a pressing public safety concern in California. According to research published by the California Department of Public Health, there are an average of 13,000 car accident-related pedestrian injuries reported in our state each year. Unfortunately, when a pedestrian is involved in a car crash, the most likely outcome is that they will suffer major catastrophic injuries.
After they have been injured in an accident, pedestrians have the right to receive full financial compensation for any damages that the accident caused. Major insurance companies, however, are not known for playing fair or for making the claims process go smoothly.
