Napa, CA – Individual Swerves into Traffic in Truck Accident
Napa, CA (November 8, 2018) – In Napa, one individual swerved into traffic in a truck accident. The accident took place this afternoon, November 8 on Highway 12. The accident happened around 1:02 p.m.
At the time, the driver of a work truck hauling a trailer ran into the other side of traffic, which caused him to collide with a sedan. Both of the vehicles went flying down an embankment and came to a rest.
One person passed away at the scene of the accident and the other motorist has been seriously injured, but they have not yet been identified.
The roadway was closed down for quite some time following the accident. Police continue to investigate the circumstances.
