Mountain View, CA – Pedestrian Loses Life Near Google Headquarters
Mountain View, CA (November 7, 2018) – In Mountain View, a pedestrian accident took place in the same area as the Google Headquarters on Monday evening, November 5. The accident took place around 6:45 p.m. that evening in the area of Charleston Road and Huff Avenue.
Police say that a woman in her 20s was struck by a Google bus at the intersection of the two mentioned roadways. When emergency responders arrived at the scene, they found the pedestrian female lying dead in the roadway. She was, unfortunately, pronounced deceased at the scene.
The name of the deceased has not yet been released. The operator of the bus stopped to speak with authorities. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
