Mountain View, CA – Four People Injured in Accident near 39th Street
Mountain View, CA (September 1, 2018) – In Mountain View, an accident on 39th Street left four people injured. Police found that three children and one adult received injuries at the scene last afternoon.
The accident happened around 1:15 p.m. in the area of Logan Avenue. Allegedly, a black BMW ran a stop sign and crashed into an SUV carrying six people. The larger vehicle flipped over, while the BMW had significant front-end damage.
The three children and one adult suffered injuries, some of which were serious, but they are expected to recover.
The three occupants inside the BMW fled the scene. A 16-year-old boy came back to the scene and was detained. However, his mother said that he had been a passenger in the vehicle.
