Moreno Valley, CA – One Fatality Reported in Serious 60 Freeway Truck Crash
Moreno Valley, CA (September 5, 2018) – One fatality and two serious injuries were reported in a 60 Freeway truck crash that happened in Moreno Valley on the night of September 4. Police say the accident took place at 8:22 p.m. at 60 Freeway and Theodore Street.
At the time of the accident, a construction truck crashed on the Freeway, carrying three occupants at the time. Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and one person was pronounced dead while there. Two other people were immediately taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.
All the westbound lanes of the highway were closed down while police investigated the accident. Police are still looking into the identities of all involved and the cause of the crash.
