Moreno Valley Pedestrian Accident
We wish to extend our thoughts and prayers to the family during this time, because we understand that these accidents can be life-altering and traumatic in nature as you work toward recovery.
Pedestrian laws that govern our roadways are incredibly strict because a pedestrian accident can turn deadly in only a matter of seconds. This is why there are right-of-way laws that dictate who is responsible for your accident and can help you gain recovery for your injuries in your time of need.
Drivers are constantly supposed to be on the lookout for pedestrians no matter where they are, take caution around crosswalks, search for pedestrians who are dressed in dark clothing at night, and a variety of other factors that keep these vulnerable parties safe on our roads.
Police will be determining who is at fault for this accident and, if the other driver is found to play a role, the pedestrians will be able to recover for their damages. This means that the mother and children can recover for their medical bills, lost income from missed work, rehabilitative care, emotional suffering, and more.
