Midway City, CA – Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident at Madison Avenue
Midway City, CA (February 2, 2019) – In Midway City, a hit-and-run pedestrian accident took place on Friday morning at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Newland Street.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the accident around 11:07 a.m. when the pedestrian was struck down in the lanes of traffic. A witness spoke with police and gave them a possible license plate for the driver who struck the pedestrian.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the accident to assist the injured pedestrian, but at this time, police do not know the pedestrian’s name or their condition.
An investigation is underway while police gather more information related to the accident.
