Pedestrian Accidents
We extend our deepest sympathies to the victim of this accident as well as their family. Accidents involving pedestrians can be some of the worst by far.
Pedestrian involved accidents are frequently due to driver negligence or distracted driving. Injuries sustained can often be catastrophic because the pedestrian is completely vulnerable to a fast-moving vehicle that weighs several tons. It is important to remember that pedestrians have the right of way whenever they are in a marked or unmarked crosswalk, parking lot, school zone, or other designated areas.
If you or someone close to you has been injured as a pedestrian you have rights that you may not even be aware of and that need to be protected.
