Los Angeles County, CA: Woman Killed in Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash
Los Angeles County, California (February 15, 2018): A local resident of Walnut, CA, was killed in a tragic two-vehicle crash in the City of Industry just before 10:00 a.m. yesterday morning, Wednesday, February 14, 2018.
The deceased victim has been identified as 35-year-old Jin Cheng. According to reports, she was driving a 2015 Honda Accord west on Valley Boulevard when her vehicle was rear-ended by a 2013 Honda Accord driven by an unidentified 20-year-old male from Diamond Bar, CA. The impact caused Cheng to lose control of her vehicle, veering off the road surface and striking a concrete light and power pole.
Cheng was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle was reportedly unharmed, and it does not appear that any other individuals were involved in the collision. The incident is under investigation by authorities and additional information about the collision is not available at this time.
